Job summary

Sprezzatura seeks an HR Operations Manager to lead benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, policy development, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance in a hybrid Arlington, VA role. You will guide the HR team, drive process improvements, and provide actionable analytics for leadership.

Responsibilities include reporting, compliance monitoring, and partner collaboration to implement best practices. The role requires 8+ years HR experience, including government contracting, and ADP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience including 3+ years in management.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS implementation and maintenance; ADP experience preferred.
• Experience in benefits administration.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations and lead direct reports.
• Administer and manage employee benefit programs.
• Maintain and optimize the HRIS.
• Develop, update HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes.
• Handle ad hoc projects as needed.
