Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an HR Operations & Employee Relations Manager to act as a hands-on HR partner to field and operational leaders. This role reports to the VP of HR and focuses on employee relations, investigations, performance management, leaves and accommodations, workers’ compensation, and talent acquisition across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• 10+ years of employee relations experience, including investigations and performance management.
• 5+ years managing leaves, ADA accommodations, disability, and related matters.
• 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong multi-state HR experience.
• Experience partnering with executive and operational leaders.
• Ability to independently assess complex situations and provide practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations investigations, including interviews, documentation, and summaries.
• Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy implementation.
• Partner with leaders to ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple locations.
• Oversee leave and accommodation processes in coordination with Total Rewards and HR teams.
• Support HR programs, onboarding/offboarding, and HR process improvements.
