Addison Group is seeking an HR Leave Management Representative for a contract role through January 2027. The position combines HR administration with customer service to guide employees through leave options, documentation, and next steps.

The role is fully remote with a preference for candidates near Phoenix, AZ, or within driving distance to the local client office. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, leave administration, disability management, or related field OR a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience supporting leave management is preferred.
• Knowledge of FMLA, STD/LTD, WC, military and personal leave is preferred.
• Understanding of FMLA regulations and leave processes is a plus.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Responsabilités

• Support employees through the leave process, explain options and next steps.
• Maintain accurate leave records and update case management systems.
• Communicate leave status, deadlines, and required actions by phone and email.
• Coordinate information with HR, Safety, and external administrators.
• Review inquiries and respond via shared HR and leave-management inboxes.
• Provide coverage to maintain service levels and support Workers' Comp matters.
• Identify process improvements and handle confidential information with care.
