Confidential Careers in the New York area seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to own the HR function in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organization. This hands-on leadership role partners with senior leadership to build the people infrastructure and drive impact.

You will own onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee relations, policies, and lead full-cycle recruiting while using AI tools to drive efficiency across HR workflows.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years in HR/people ops.
• 3+ years owning an HR function in a lean, fast-moving org.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience and strong employee relations skills (incl. difficult conversations and terminations).
• Comfort building HR structure from scratch.
