Job summary

CAI is seeking an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across operations, recruiting, onboarding, and talent development. This full-time, remote opportunity runs for 9 weeks from June 7, 2027 to August 6, 2027, demanding a 40-hour workweek and availability during core business hours.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
3.5 GPA or higher required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Support HR functions across recruiting, onboarding, and talent development.
Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Help with new hire onboarding documentation and records.
Analyze workforce data and translate findings into leadership reports.
Contribute to development of content highlighting CAI culture and opportunities.
