Job summary

CAI, a global services firm, is seeking an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across recruiting, onboarding, talent development and HR projects. This full-time, remote internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, requiring 40 hours per week and availability during core business hours in the United States.

You will rotate through HR functions, assist with postings and interviewing, help with onboarding documentation, and contribute to data-driven reporting and culture

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through HR functional areas to gain a cross-functional view of HR.
• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding, including documentation.
• Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with data retention policies.
• Collect, organize, and analyze workforce data and translate findings into reports.
• Contribute to content highlighting CAI's culture and opportunities.
• Assist with HR projects related to engagement, benefits, and training.
• Support compliance tracking as needed.
• Use AI-powered HR tools.
