Job summary

CAI is seeking an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across operations, recruiting, onboarding, talent development, and HR projects. The 9‑week, full‑time remote internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027 and requires 40 hours per week from candidates in the United States.

Ideal applicants are currently pursuing an HR‑related degree, have a 3.5 GPA or higher, and demonstrate strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HRIS/People Analytics to gain a cross‑functional view of HR.
• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support new hire onboarding, including documentation.
• Support accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with data retention policies.
• Support data‑driven decision‑making by collecting, organizing, and analyzing workforce data and translate findings into clear reports for leadership.
• Contribute to development of content highlighting CAI’s culture, career opportunities, and value proposition as an employer of choice.
• Assist with HR projects related to employee engagement, benefits, and training.
• Support compliance tracking as needed.
• Use AI‑powered HR tools
