CAI seeks an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across operations, recruiting, onboarding, and talent development. This hands-on role is ideal for a junior student exploring a career in HR, with exposure to core HR functions and project work.

The internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, is a full-time remote opportunity requiring 40 hours per week, and all work must be performed within the United States.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Junior student with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through HR areas to gain a cross-functional view.
• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records per data retention policies.
• Collect, organize, and analyze workforce data; report to leadership.
• Help develop content highlighting CAI's culture and opportunities.
• Assist with HR projects on engagement, benefits, and training.
• Support compliance tracking as needed.
• Use AI-powered HR tools.
