Job summary

CAI is offering an HR Intern role designed for a junior student to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations. The program runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027 as a full‑time remote opportunity with a 40‑hour work week.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Rotate through HR functions across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HRIS/People Analytics.
Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Support onboarding and employee documentation.
Maintain accurate, confidential employee records per data retention policies.
Collect and analyze workforce data, and translate findings into leadership reports.
Develop content highlighting CAI’s culture and opportunities.
Support HR projects on engagement, benefits, and training.
Track compliance as needed.
Utilize AI-powered HR tools in tasks.
