Qualifications

• Enrollment in a US-based university with expected graduation Dec 2027 to Spring 2028
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities in school or activities
• Experience creating visual presentations (PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Partner with TA Leaders to define requirements, goals, and content for hiring manager experience initiatives
• Partner with TA Leaders to outline key TA process points and expectations for recruiters
• Assist in designing a comprehensive survey including question development, cadence, and delivery plan
• Collaborate with analysts to build survey infrastructure and reporting using SurveyMonkey
• Support dashboards and insights with PowerBI alongside People Analytics team
• Create content for process guides including workflow overviews and SLAs
• Transform content into visually appealing educational materials with Learning & Development
• Support communications planning and change management for rollout of new tools
• Produce clear, user-friendly outputs such as guides and surveys for hiring managers
