Assurant, Inc. invites you to apply for a 12-week People Organization Intern role in Atlanta. You will support Talent Acquisition initiatives, develop surveys, and assist with analytics and content creation.

The internship features mentorship, hands-on project work, and opportunities to learn about change management. You will gain exposure to people analytics, instructional design, and cross-functional collaboration within HR while contributing to meaningful hiring manager experiences.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a US-based Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation in Dec 2027 to Spring 2028.
• Strong interest in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with TA Leaders to define requirements, goals, and content for hiring manager experience initiatives.
• Outline key TA process points and expectations for recruiters.
• Assist in designing a comprehensive survey (question development, cadence, delivery plan).
• Collaborate with analysts to build survey infrastructure and reporting (e.g., SurveyMonkey).
• Support dashboards and insights with People Analytics (Power BI).
• Create content for process guides, including workflows, roles, and SLAs.
• Transform content into visually engaging materials with Learning & Development teams.
• Support communications planning and change management for new tools and processes.
• Produce clear outputs such as guides and surveys with accessible resources for hiring managers.
