Job summary

CHOICE Healthcare Services is seeking an HR Generalist for a temporary 6–9 month assignment, supporting employee relations, investigations, performance management, and HR programs in a remote capacity.

The role requires 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a multi-site HR team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and performance management.
• Experience with HRIS (Paylocity a plus).
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a remote environment.
• Experience in healthcare, multi-site operations, retail, or DSO environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and employees on day-to-day employee relations matters.
• Support workplace investigations, including gathering information, conducting interviews, documenting findings, and assisting with recommendations.
• Provide guidance on performance management, corrective action, policy interpretation, and employee concerns.
• Support performance reviews, terminations, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR programs.
• Assist with HR compliance and the consistent application of company policies and practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation.
• Collaborate with the HR team on projects and operational priorities as needed.
