Job summary

MOCA Services is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR functions, policies, and programs. The role focuses on talent acquisition, onboarding, records maintenance, and employee relations, with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 3–4 years of HR experience desired.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with talent acquisition activities is strongly desired (exempt level, engineering and professional roles).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR support and become a point of contact for staff on policies and procedures.
• Participate in talent acquisition: post requisitions, review applicants, screen candidates.
• Onboard and process new hires; ensure proper setup in HRIS and Form I-9 verification.
• Maintain employee records and documentation; support data reporting and metrics.
• Assist in administering talent and performance initiatives and communicate processes.
