Job summary

Truehold seeks a results-driven Human Resources Generalist to support our Real Estate Group in a flexible hybrid/remote role. You will partner with the Director of Talent, People Ops Consultant, and Real Estate leadership to drive people initiatives.

Responsibilities include onboarding, performance, employee relations, and offboarding, plus advising on conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and leave accommodations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR/People Ops.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Experience with Rippling or similar HRIS and multi-state HR management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, performance, employee relations, and offboarding experiences.
• Advise managers and staff on conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and leave accommodations.
