About the Role

Requirements

• Proven experience in a fully remote recruitment role is a significant advantage.
• Expertise in using various sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
