Job summary

InteLogix, a leading provider of integrated solutions, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a national remote workforce. You will help develop policies, manage HRIS records, and ensure compliance.

The role requires ~5+ years in HR generalist work (California experience a plus), confidentiality, proficiency in MS Office, and a bachelor’s in HR or related field. This is a full-time exempt salaried position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• ~5+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role.
• ~5+ years of HR generalist experience supporting California employees, including CA wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL leave, PAGA exposure, and California compliance.
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines: compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal/state employment laws.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
• Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
• Participate in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
• Maintain HR information system records and compiles reports from the database.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
• Support performance management processes, including disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
• Conduct HR investigations as needed and provide appropriate recommendations.
