Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle for a distributed technology organization with a remote workforce across the United States. You will manage onboarding, employee records, and policy interpretation while partnering with engineering, product, and operations leaders.

Responsibilities include coordinating performance cycles, maintaining HR policies, and building dashboards from HRIS data to drive leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of progressive HR generalist or people-operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows across HRIS, payroll, identity-management, and IT service desk.
• Administer employee records, job changes, leave tracking, benefits enrollment, and compliance documentation.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and documented action plans.
• Coordinate annual and ongoing performance-review cycles using platforms such as Lattice, 15Five, Culture Amp, or similar.
• Maintain and improve HR policies, process documentation, and employee communications for a distributed remote workforce.
• Build recurring reports and dashboards from HRIS data covering headcount, turnover, hiring activity, compensation changes, and workforce trends.
• Support benefits renewals, audits, payroll coordination, and compliance requirements across applicable federal and state regulations.
