Job summary

Wealthspire is seeking an HR Operations Generalist to deliver HR services across the organization, reporting to the Global HR Operations & Services Leader. You’ll be the first point of contact for employee questions and support HR functions, with a focus on compliance, policy updates, and efficient case management.

The role bridges employee experience with operations, handling workflows, lifecycle events, and HR compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in HR operations, shared services, or generalist roles.
• Experience managing HR case management systems like Workday.
• Solid knowledge of employee lifecycle procedures and HR regulatory requirements.
• 1–2 years’ experience with Workday or similar HRIS preferred.
• Familiarity with payroll and benefits processes and M&A environments.
• Strong written communication, policy drafting, and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary owner of HR ServiceNow ticket management and triage inquiries.
• Provide Tier 1 payroll, benefits, and policy guidance to employees.
• Escalate complex issues to HR Business Partners and COEs as needed.
• Monitor case metrics and drive process improvements.
• Support large lifecycle events and HR compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications during major lifecycle events.
• Assist with Workday data validation, SOPs, and HR system integrations.
• Contribute to transparency and standardization across HR operations.
