Unison Risk Advisors is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with leaders and employees to execute HR initiatives that support business objectives and enhance the employee experience.

The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, talent development, onboarding, compliance, and HRIS. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Workday experience and a consultative approach to solving organizational challenges.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent.
• 3-5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience managing employee relations issues and performance management processes.
• Experience administering employee benefits programs.
• Experience with Workday HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience analyzing workforce data and presenting recommendations to management.
• Excellent communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
• Demonstrates a commitment to creating an exceptional employee experience.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations matters, workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and HR best practices.
• Assist leaders in addressing performance concerns through coaching, documentation, corrective action, and performance improvement plans.
• Partner with Taylor Oswald business leaders to support onboarding, leadership development, succession planning, and talent strategies.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within Workday; support HR transactions.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights for leadership decisions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; assist with HR audits and reporting.
