Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is seeking an HR Operations Generalist to deliver HR services across the organization. Reporting to the Global HR Operations & Services Leader, this role serves as the first point of contact for employee questions and supports HR operations across functions in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage HR Service Delivery, lifecycle events, and policy governance, while supporting Payroll, Benefits, and M&A activities.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of HR experience in operations, shared services, or generalist roles.
• Experience managing HR case management systems.
• Solid grasp of employee lifecycle procedures and HR regulatory requirements.
• 1-2 years’ experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with Payroll and Benefits processes.
• Some experience in an M&A environment preferred.
• Strong written communication skills, particularly in policy drafting and documentation.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Comfortable working in a well-organized, methodical environment.
• Learning agility, curiosity, and problem-solving skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR Service Delivery & Case Management: ownership of HR ServiceNow ticket management with timely triage and resolution.
• Tier 1 support for payroll, benefits, time off, leaves, and HR policies.
• Escalate complex inquiries to HR BPs, Payroll, Benefits, COEs as appropriate.
• Monitor case metrics and identify trends requiring process improvements.
• Ensure service-level expectations are met and well-documented.
• Support lifecycle events like restructures, acquisitions, and offboarding waves.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication during major lifecycle events.
• Validate data accuracy during bulk updates within Workday.
• Ensure standardized lifecycle processes and documentation.
