Job summary

Humani HR is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR Business Partners across multiple clients and jurisdictions. The role involves onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, employee relations, and policy development in a dynamic, mostly remote environment.

You will work on compliance, recruitment support, HR software management, and various HR programs, including performance management and compensation design. Occasional on-site work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR across multiple clients/jurisdictions.
• Ability to develop policies and programs from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data analysis and reporting for HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support for HRBP teams and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and conduct HR audits.
• Assist in recruitment activities, interviews, and offer letters.
• Manage HR software updates and LMS implementations.
• Support performance management, compensation design, and KPI reporting.
• Offer on-site HR support as needed.
