Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support designated regions with a primary focus in California. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, training, and compliance across multiple states, working closely with senior HR management.

The role requires 5+ years of HR generalist experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of CA wage/hour rules and CFRA/PDL leaves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• Experience supporting California employees, including wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL leave, PAGA exposure, and California compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR plans and procedures; update employee handbook and policies.
• Develop department goals, objectives and systems.
• Conduct new employee orientations; write and revise job descriptions.
• Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
• Attend administrative staff meetings and seminars.
• Maintain HR information system records and generate reports.
