InteLogix is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Generalist to support California-focused compliance and broader HR operations in a remote, nationwide role. You will partner with senior HR management to administer policies, lead onboarding, and drive employee relations across multiple states.

Responsibilities include maintaining HRIS records, conducting orientations, handling investigations, and ensuring federal and state employment law adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• 5+ years supporting California employees with CA wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL, PAGA, and CA compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Administer HR plans and procedures; update employee handbook and policies.
• Develop department goals, objectives and HR systems.
• Conduct new employee orientations; write and revise job descriptions.
• Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviews.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Support performance management processes and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct HR investigations as needed and provide recommendations.
