Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a professional HR Generalist to support designated regions with a primary focus in California. The role covers employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation and performance management in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 5+ years of generalist experience, including CA-specific compliance and CFRA/PDL knowledge, plus proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 5+ years HR generalist experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of CA wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL, PAGA and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation and training.
• Assist with performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
