Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR across multiple states with a primary focus on California. The role involves employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance.

Responsibilities include administering HR plans, conducting orientations, maintaining HRIS records, and supporting performance management. A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 5+ years of HR experience are required; CA-specific knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in HR field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, generalist role preferred.
• Knowledge of CA wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL, PAGA and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; discretion.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR plans and procedures; maintain handbook and policies.
• Develop department goals, objectives and systems.
• Conduct new employee orientations and write job descriptions.
• Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviews.
• Attend administrative staff meetings and seminars.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws.
• Support performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Assist HR investigations and provide recommendations.
