Job summary

InteLogix seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support designated regions with a primary focus on California, handling employee relations, onboarding, training, policy implementation and compliance.

In partnership with senior HR management, you will manage HRIS records, administer benefits, support performance management, investigations and disciplinary actions. This is a full-time exempt position with potential to influence programs across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• 5+ years supporting California employees, including CA wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL, PAGA, and compliance.
• Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR plans and procedures; maintain employee handbook and policies.
• Develop department goals, objectives and systems.
• Conduct new employee orientations and write job descriptions.
• Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
• Support performance management processes including disciplinary actions.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
