InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support designated regions with a primary focus in California. The role handles employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, training, and employment law compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience supporting California employees, incl. CA wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL leave, PAGA exposure, and CA compliance.
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer HR plans and procedures; assists in developing and updating policies and the employee handbook.
• Participate in setting department goals, objectives and systems.
• Conduct new employee orientations; write and revise job descriptions as needed.
• Handle employee relations counseling, exit interviewing, and related activities.
• Maintain HR information system records and compile reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Support performance management processes including disciplinary actions.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
