Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support designated regions with a primary focus on California. Remote work option available for qualified candidates nationwide.

The role covers employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with federal and California laws. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of HR generalist experience and a CA-specific compliance background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• 5+ years supporting California employees with CA wage/hour rules and compliance.
• Experience with HR disciplines including compensation, performance, employee relations, and laws.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR plans and procedures; maintain handbook and policies.
• Develop department goals and systems.
• Conduct new employee orientations and write/update job descriptions.
• Handle employee relations and exit interviewing.
• Maintain HRIS records and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Support performance management processes and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct HR investigations as needed and provide recommendations.
