Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support designated regions with a primary focus in California. This is a fully remote role with a strong emphasis on employee relations, onboarding, and policy compliance.

You will administer HR plans, maintain HRIS records, conduct orientations, and support performance management while ensuring adherence to state and federal laws. Strong communication, discretion, and MS Office proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably generalist.
• California wage-hour rules knowledge and CFRA/PDL leave experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS; strong compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR plans and procedures; contribute to policy development and handbook upkeep.
• Manage onboarding, employee relations, investigations and performance actions.
• Support CA wage-and-hour compliance, CFRA/PDL, and state employment laws.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports; conduct orientations and trainings.
• Provide confidential counseling and assist in disciplinary actions as needed.
