Job summary

Sentara Health in Madison, WI is seeking an HR Representative to serve as front-line support for colleagues, delivering real-time, accurate responses to inquiries about HR policies, procedures and processes. You will assist with onboarding and offboarding, support HR cyclical processes and ensure compliant, timely employee transactions with close collaboration across the HR team.

A background in HR is preferred; 1 year in HR or admin/customer service, high school diploma, and strong Workday

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or customer services experience (Required)
• Human Resources experience (Preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of Human Resources experience required
• Strong experience with Workday
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Understands confidentiality, communication and customer service
• Documentation and Updating HR Records

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line HR support with inquiries about policies, procedures and processes.
• Respond to telephone and written inquiries regarding general HR-related issues.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and HR cyclical processes.
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure accurate processing of employee transactions.
• Maintain documentation and records for HR-related cases
