Job summary

You will collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely responses, maintain documentation, and deliver professional service that supports high levels of employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or customer services experience.
• Human Resources experience preferred.
• 1 year of Human Resources experience required
• Strong experience with Workday
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Understands confidentiality, communication and customer service
• Documentation and Updating HR Records

Responsibilities

• Front-line support to colleagues, responding to inquiries about HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and HR cyclical activities.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate processing of employee transactions.
• Deliver service in a professional and efficient manner while maintaining records for HR related cases.
