Job summary

Pavago is seeking an HR Director to lead People Operations, Talent Acquisition, payroll, compliance and engagement across multiple hotel locations. This hands-on leadership role balances strategic people management with daily execution, working with executives and hotel managers in a bilingual English-Spanish environment.

You’ll own the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through performance management and separation, and partner with leaders to build scalable HR systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or related role.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations in hospitality or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong schriftliches and spoken communication in English and Spanish, with executive-friendly presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Operations across multiple hotel locations.
• Design centralized onboarding workflows and SOP libraries for consistent experiences.
• Manage performance management framework and leadership coaching.
• Own end-to-end payroll processing and payroll compliance across sites.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention programs across locations.
• Partner with executives on workforce planning and HR strategy.
