Job summary

LDV Hospitality Coconut Grove/Miami, FL is seeking a dynamic HR Representative fluent in English and Spanish with experience supporting employees and management across HR functions. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and maintain confidential personnel records, upholding company policies and procedures.

Key duties include talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, training coordination, HR compliance, reporting, and coordinating with the PEO (ADP).

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required with strong written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience in HR, recruiting or employee relations.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee support.
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels.
• Ability to handle confidential information and multitask

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition including postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate On/Offboarding and training activities.
• Ensure Local, State, and Federal employment compliance.
• Maintain employee records and HR data accuracy.
• Partner with PEO/ADP for benefits, payroll, and other admin tasks.
• Assist with leaves, workers compensation, and employment verification.
• Contribute to process improvements in HR operations.
