Job summary

DO & CO AG is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager in Redondo Beach, CA. This on-site role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and a proven ability to lead HR operations for a large workforce.

You will partner with the General Manager and operations leadership to drive workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and talent development while maintaining high engagement and operational stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• 5–8 years HR experience supporting operational workforces.
• 2+ years leading HR teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner to GM and leadership team.
• Lead local HR team and ensure consistent HR processes.
• Coach managers on performance, discipline, and leadership.
• Handle complex employee relations investigations and risk mitigation.
• Use workforce data to identify challenges and implement HR solutions.
• Support hiring, onboarding and internal talent development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
