Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or minimum 3 years HR-related experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Payroll experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely customer service to resort employees.
• Assist day-to-day operations of the HR department.
• Support full-cycle recruitment: postings, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding.
• Assist in diversity outreach and proactive recruiting strategies.
• Create and distribute HR communications and update postings.
• Support training compliance and employee development initiatives.
• Assist in implementing HR programs with management.
• Plan and roll out employee initiatives and events.
• Maintain training records and monitor status.
