Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced HR Data and Reporting Analyst to support HR Operations. The role focuses on creating reliable Workday, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning reports and dashboards. You will partner with HRIS and HR teams to ensure data accuracy and security in a remote environment.

You will analyze workforce trends, respond to data requests, and support audits and compliance reporting. Strong Excel, SQL, and BI tool skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience creating HR reports and dashboards.
• Proficient with Workday reporting tools and calculated fields.
• Strong Excel data analysis skills.
• Ability to validate data and ensure accuracy.
• Experience with data governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to assess reporting needs and translate them into reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc Workday reports.
• Validate report logic and reconcile data across HR processes.
• Document report definitions, data sources, procedures, and controls.
• Coordinate with HRIS for system configuration or troubleshooting.
• Monitor data quality and drive issue resolution with HR teams.
• Analyze workforce trends and key HR metrics and present findings clearly.
