Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an HRIS Specialist to optimize and manage HR systems for a client. This individual will be the primary administrator for the HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity and strong reporting across HR operations.

The role focuses on improving team effectiveness through better access to HR data and enabling leadership visibility into key talent metrics by building scalable reporting solutions and dashboards.

Key responsibilities include system maintenance, troubleshooting, and training HR teams on reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting HRIS systems in an administrative capacity.
• Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, UKG, or ADP.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to interpret HR data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for HRIS platforms.
• Ensure system stability, performance, and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage and maintain HR data accuracy across employee records.
