Job summary

Dexian is seeking an experienced HR Data & Reporting Analyst to support HR data integrations and reporting. The role focuses on migrating data workflows from a cloud-based system to an internally developed platform, leveraging strong SQL skills and HR reporting expertise.

You will design and maintain HR dashboards, track metrics like headcount, turnover, DEI, and compensation, and collaborate with HR and People teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with complex joins, query optimization, and stored procedures.
• Experience with HR data sources like HRIS, payroll, or workforce analytics.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) concepts.
• Ability to work with custom systems and limited documentation.

Responsibilities

• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for HR data sources.
• Design, develop, and maintain HR reporting and dashboards (headcount, turnover, DEI, comp analysis).
• Support migration of data pipelines from cloud to internal system.
• Collaborate with HR and People teams to translate reporting needs into data solutions.
• Document data lineage, transformations, and migration decisions.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with HR data handling standards.
