Equiliem is seeking an HR Data and Reporting Analyst to support HR Operations by analyzing workforce data and delivering accurate reports and dashboards across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning.
You will translate business needs into reliable data solutions, validate results, identify trends, and present insights to HR leaders. Experience with Workday reporting, Excel, SQL, and BI tools is required, with a focus on data quality and privacy.

The HR Data and Reporting Analyst supports HR Operations by analyzing workforce data and developing accurate, actionable reports and dashboards across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning. This role translates business reporting needs into reliable data solutions, validates results, identifies trends, and provides operational insights to HR leaders and business stakeholders. The position works closely with HRIS and HR functional teams when reporting needs involve system configuration, security, integrations, or technical troubleshooting.
