Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced HR Data and Reporting Analyst to support HR Operations on a remote contract basis. You will develop Workday reports and dashboards, validate data, and provide operational insights across HR processes, including Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning.

Reporting to the Director, Workforce Planning Operations, you will collaborate with HRIS and other HR teams to translate needs into reliable reports, monitor data quality, respond to time-sensitive

Qualifications

• Proven experience analyzing HR data and developing reports and dashboards to support HR operations.
• Proficiency with Workday reporting tools and calculated fields.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to assess reporting needs and translate them into clear reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc Workday reports, including calculated fields.
• Validate report logic and reconcile data across HR processes.
• Document report definitions, data sources, procedures, and controls.
• Coordinate with HRIS for system configuration, security changes, integrations, or troubleshooting.
• Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and drive issue resolution with HR teams.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics and present findings clearly.
