Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced HR Data and Reporting Analyst to support HR Operations remotely. You will deliver workforce reporting, data analysis, and operational insights across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning, partnering with HRIS for system-related needs.

This is a contract role reporting to the Director, Workforce Planning Operations. Responsibilities include designing dashboards, validating data, and ensuring data quality while maintaining

Qualifications

• Proven experience analyzing HR data and developing accurate, actionable reports
• Proficiency with Workday reporting tools across HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Learning
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, formulas

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to translate reporting needs into clear reports and dashboards
• Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc Workday reports with calculated fields
• Validate report logic and reconcile data across HR processes
• Document report definitions, data sources, procedures, and controls
• Coordinate with HRIS for system configuration, security changes, integrations, or troubleshooting
• Monitor data quality and drive issue resolution with HR teams
• Analyze workforce trends and key HR metrics and present findings clearly
• Support audits and compliance reporting and respond to time-sensitive requests
• Test and validate new reports from a business-user perspective
• Maintain data security and provide user guidance or job aids
