Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking an HR Data and Analytics Manager to lead HR data governance, design and maintain analytics reporting, and drive data-driven decision making across HR and business partners.

You will manage Workday reporting, partner with cross-functional teams on data security, and mentor a team of analysts to elevate data literacy and analytical capabilities. Strong HRIS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analysis, HR preferred or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field is a plus.
• Min of 5 years of technical experience with various HR processes and disciplines (Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Leaves of Absence); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with payroll and timekeeping system configuration strongly preferred.
• Experience with HRIS system implementation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of analysts through regular performance reviews, one-on-one coaching, and workload distribution to ensure development and timely delivery of analytics outputs.
• Oversee Workday reporting infrastructure, including custom report creation, dashboards, and reporting framework maintenance.
• Partner with DB&T, Legal, and Internal Controls to maintain data security controls and audit procedures.
• Provide packaged data with insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on HR analytics and metrics.
• Support data mapping for integration between Workday and other enterprise systems; ensure data accuracy and timely synchronization.
