The position emphasizes advanced Workday Core HCM administration, audit practices, and process improvements to ensure accurate employee data and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years HR data administration or Workday HR data experience.
• Advanced Workday data governance, data quality, and audit practices.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Data Governance and Stewardship: steward workforce data quality standards and controls.
• Advanced Data Administration and Special Projects: lead complex workforce changes and data updates.
• Operational Improvement and Process Optimization: analyze trends and drive process improvements.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: liaise between HR Services, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent and HR Tech teams.
• Audit and Compliance Leadership: lead internal data audits and support external reviews.
• Coaching and Knowledge Leadership: mentor HR Data Administrators and develop team capabilities.
