Job summary

Bright Horizons Children's Centers is seeking an HR Solutions Center Specialist to provide support and case management for employee benefits administration and leave of absence processes, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and Bright Horizons policies.

This remote role serves as the primary contact for the HR Solutions Center, aligns with Centers of Excellence, and coordinates with the HRIS team and external vendors to resolve benefits and LOA events, document cases, and

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Bachelor's Degree (3 years of additional experience would be considered in lieu of the applicable degree).
• At this time, Bright Horizons will not sponsor an applicant for employment authorization/visa for this position

Responsibilities

• Provide customer centric, accurate, and efficient resolution of issues and inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, case management).
• Resolves benefit or LOA related events in Workday as the primary focus; secondarily reviews and resolves tickets in One Support as needed.
• Documents cases accurately in the Case Management tool and maintains knowledge to support customers
