Placements24 is actively seeking a Remote HR Coordinator to support HR operations from anywhere within South Africa. The role involves handling admin tasks, assisting recruitment, and answering HR queries in a fully remote setup, contributing to a smooth employee experience.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in HR support, be organized, and comfortable with HR processes and HRIS systems, while maintaining clear communication and strong time management in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or certification in Human Resources or Administration.
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role.
• Familiarity with HR processes and South African labor regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with standard office software and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing schedules and correspondence.
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Prepare HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts and offer letters.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
