Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is a progressive and technology-forward organization seeking a dedicated and versatile Remote HR Generalist to join their expanding team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition support, performance management, HR policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will be a key point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage HR functions remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers across various departments.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong understanding of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and standard office productivity software.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with remote employees and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce is a plus.
