TCWGlobal is seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Compliance & Risk Consultant to support a leading global professional services organization. This fully remote opportunity focuses on researching employment regulations and evaluating workforce policies to identify compliance risks across client engagements.

You will draft policies and regulatory trackers, collaborate with HR, legal, and consulting teams, and help clients navigate federal, state, and local employment laws while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, legal studies, or related field.
• 2+ years in workforce/HR compliance, HR consulting/advisory, HR operations, or employment law.

Responsibilities

• Research and interpret federal, state, and local employment laws and HR regulations.
• Review employee handbooks, policies, and internal controls for compliance gaps.
• Conduct workforce risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Draft, revise, and maintain HR policies, regulatory trackers, and handbook content.
• Support client advisory engagements with research and actionable recommendations.
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations, Excel trackers, and client deliverables.
• Monitor changes in employment regulations and update policies accordingly.
• Assist with compliance audits, document reviews, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, compliance, and consulting teams on client projects.
• Track compliance activities and communicate findings to stakeholders.
