Job summary

TCWGlobal is seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Compliance & Risk Consultant for a fully remote, W-2 contract with potential to become permanent. You will research employment regulations, evaluate workforce policies, and identify compliance risks while developing practical HR solutions for complex client challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, legal studies, or related field.
• 2+ years in HR compliance, HR consulting, HR operations, or employee relations.
• Experience researching regulations and translating findings into practical recommendations.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Research and interpret federal, state, and local employment laws and HR regulations.
• Review employee handbooks, HR policies, and internal controls for compliance gaps.
• Conduct workforce risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Draft and maintain HR policies, regulatory trackers, and handbook content.
• Support client advisory engagements with research and actionable recommendations.
• Develop client deliverables including PowerPoint presentations and Excel trackers.
• Monitor regulatory changes and keep policies up to date.
• Assist with audits, documentation reviews, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, compliance, and consulting teams on client projects.
• Track compliance activities and communicate findings to stakeholders.
