Job summary

TCWGlobal is seeking an experienced Contingent Workforce Manager to lead the global contingent workforce program from its San Jose location. The role focuses on international employment law, compliance across multiple countries, and guidance on engagement models including EOR and contractors.

You will work with Legal, HR, Procurement, and local counsel to ensure compliant worker engagements, lifecycle management, and data integrity.

Qualifications

5 years of experience focused on international employment law, global workforce compliance, global mobility, or international HR.
Experience with EOR providers and staffing vendors for international contingent workforce engagements.
Strong knowledge of country-specific employment requirements and worker classifications.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary program resource for international employment law and global workforce compliance for contingent workers.
Advise stakeholders on country-specific requirements and engagement models (agency, EOR, fixed-term, independent contractor).
Oversee worker lifecycle: onboarding, assignments, extensions, offboarding, and recordkeeping.
Maintain accurate worker data and prepare spend, headcount, and supplier performance reports.
Monitor supplier performance and address gaps with appropriate partners.
