Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support multi-state and multi-site centers across the U.S. This remote Texas role reports to the VP of Human Resources and requires up to 50% travel to visit centers while aligning people ops strategies with business goals.

You will coach leaders, lead performance management, handle employee relations and regulatory compliance, and help scale programs like training and development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR/People Ops experience supporting growth and multi-site teams.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and policy development skills.
• Experience with US employment law, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partner for leaders across locations, aligning people initiatives with business goals.
• Lead performance management and coaching for managers.
• Advise on employee relations and risk management to mitigate issues.
